How long will my order take?
It will take a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your order and photo(s), plus a few days
for shipping. It may take longer during the Holiday Season.
What are charms made of?
Photo Charms are made on Italian stainless steel links.
What Is The Procedure For Placing An Order?
Click on the Photo Charm, Super Link or Word Charm of your choice. When you have completed the ordering process, email us at
and tell us how you plan to get your photo to us. Be sure to specify the size
i.e.: 9mm or 13mm. If you have any special instructions, please include them in your email.
In the case of Name or Word Charms specify the name or word as it should appear on the charm. Also, tell us what colors
you would like for the
background as well as the foreground(letters). If you have a preferred FONT that you would like us to use,
please specify the font by name. Font names are available in all word processing programs as well as numerous other programs.
Your email software usually offers you a wide variety of fonts. Be sure to request colors that contrast with each other so that the
Name or Word will not be lost due to the size reduction. On request, we will email you a proof of your Word-Charm prior to
submitting it for processing.
In what format can I send my photograph(s)?
There are two ways to send your photo(s).
1. Mail an actual photograph
Please do not send your only copy of precious photos as they could get lost or misplaced in the mail.
We make every attempt to get your photos back to you. Photos up to
8" X 10" accepted. Mail photos to:

Fort Pierce, FL 34982-5516
OR
2. Transmit an electronic version via email.
This is our prefered method because of speed!
Transmitting your photo(s) via email does not degrade the quality of your charm in any way.
Actually, on receipt of your photographs, we scan the photos and convert them to digital
files before processing. We accept jpeg, gif and tif formats. File size should not be larger than 1 Mb.
Simply scan your photo or use your digital images available with film processing or photo files from
your digital camera.
Attach the digital file to your email. Be sure to include your name and address so that we may
properly match your file with your order. Email your photos to
Regardless how you send your photo(s), we will do our best to produce a beautiful charm for you to
show off to your family and friends.
Tips for submitting good, clear photo(s) that reproduce nicely onto Photo Charms
Photo(s) should be clear, not fuzzy, but not one that has soft effects or lighting.
Try not to use too much flash.
Use photo(s) that have good facial expressions.
Stay away from photo(s) with shadowing or dark facial shadows caused by direct sunlight.
Photos should have contrasting backgrounds so that the image does not blend in with the background.
13mm or 9mm Super Links work best for two people shots. These subjects can be at differing heights
for good charm composition.
Remember, on 9mm charms we can not put more than one subject, animal, car, etc, because you will not be
to recognize the objects. If your charms have to show something else (e.g. basketball, car, hockey stick…)
which a person is holding, it normally will not fit. The image space is just too small. Two subjects on the
larger (13mm) or Super Links are no problem and turn out great!
Please do not ask to include trees, bikes, houses, etc. in the background as there is not enough room.
Keep in mind that charms are always made with the subjects head to the left or folding side. We do
our best to make the subjects the same size if they are put together.
LAST IMPORTANT NOTE:
We have the ability and reserve the right to manipulate your photo(s) to improve the visibility and
clarity for your charm. For example, we may change background color in order to produce more
contrast between the subject and the background so that they don't blend together. We have the
ability to remove a subject from a photo as well as combining two subjects from separate photos
into one charm. We are now charging a $2.00 fee for adjustments such as changing colors of the
subject, adjusting for poor composition and etc.
